The Swannanoa Library, housed in the Swannanoa Community Center, is an essential resource for both Grovemont and the greater Swannanoa community. The building itself is owned by the Swannanoa Community Council (SCC)—an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) nonprofit—and leased to Buncombe County for library services. Through this partnership, we are proud to offer a space that fosters learning, connection, and community engagement.
